At Phat Fades Barbershop®, the health and well-being of our clients and community is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we're committed to being responsive to the needs of our clients as the situation evolves.

Below is a description of what to expect the day of your appointment.

  • ​​Early arrival - If you arrive early please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. No guests will be allowed in waiting area unless you need walking assistance.

  • Temperature checks - After being greeted your temperature will be taken with a touchless infrared thermometer and any belongings will be hung in the coat area alone to avoid the risk of touching other items. Any client who has a temperature above 99°F will be rescheduled.

  • Personal protective gear -

Masks- No one is allowed to be serviced without a mask. Free disposable mask will be provided while supplies last. I will be wearing a mask, face shield and disposable gloves while providing all services.

 

Capes- Each client will be draped with a new fresh cape that will be disposed of after your service.

  • Hand hygiene - Hand hygiene is very important so before we get started we will both wash our sanitize our hands.

  • Disinfection - I am proud to say that I am Barbicide Covid-19 Certified and in between each & every appointment all chairs, shampoo bowl, restroom, handles, nozzles, countertops and closet space will be cleaned then disinfected using Barbicide disinfectants. Barbicide is an EPA approved product that has tested effective against human Coronavirus. It also kills anything that is bacterial, virucidal, and fungicidal.

 

  • Sick policy- Sick clients will not be accepted. If you or someone you are in close contact with are sick within 24 hours of your appointment please cancel your appointment immediately and I will be more than happy to reschedule you for a later date.

  • Payment- Come check out time, Cash, Debit and Credit will be accepted.
